FAQ's - REFERRAL PROGRAM

1. “HOW DO I USE EXECUTIVE NETWORK, INC.’S PROSPECT REFERRAL PROGRAM?”

There are two ways to make money.
1) A simple referral to someone you know that gets us in the door OR
2) Information about a specific opening.

For either situation, we will CONFIDENTIALLY pay you a $1,000.00 Referral Fee if it results in a successful search.

If you are actively interviewing, write down the *Hiring Authority’s name and phone number from your interviews that do not turn into offers. These leads can turn into extra income through EXECUTIVE NETWORK, Inc.

In addition to receiving the Referral Fee you will be kept abreast during the entire search process, if desired.

*The Hiring Authority is the direct supervisor of the position. It would not be a human resource person unless the position was a human resource position.

2. “HOW DO I MAKE MONEY USING EXECUTIVE NETWORK, INC.’S PROSPECT REFERRAL PROGRAM?”

EXECUTIVE NETWORK, INC. pays you for your "business intelligence." For each placement we make from your client referral; we will pay you $1,000.00.

There are no limits to the number of Referrals Fees you can make. Each successful placement will result in a full referral payment.

3. “HOW WILL EXECUTIVE NETWORK, INC. PAY ME?“

For each lead you provide that results in a successful placement, we will pay you $1,000.00. Payments will be disbursed through first-class mail thirty (30) days after the payment is received from the client.

4. “WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?” (CONFIDENTIALITY.)

Your Confidentiality Is Guaranteed! We will not use your name when we contact your leads. With EXECUTIVE NETWORK, INC., all of your referrals are kept confidential. In some companies, employees may fear that the information they provide will adversely affect their job. Unless you specifically request that your name be used, your information is withheld from the potential client. We understand the nature of a perceived "conflict of interest" that could be misconstrued and work with you to preserve your confidentiality.

EXECUTIVE NETWORK, INC. is a full-service executive recruiting search firm that makes its money through the placing of candidates in corporations. We charge a "finder’s fee" to the client for our candidate search service. It is from this fee that EXECUTIVE NETWORK, INC. pays for referrals.
